Polish Ecological Club Pomeranian Branch invites for the online final conference of the project “Baltic Youth’s visions, innovations and initiatives to Green Deal implemented in local communities”. This project received funding from the Project Support Facility (PSF) of the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS). Our Partners are: NGO Peipsi Cooperation Center from Tartu, Estonia, Lithuanian Fund for Nature (LGF) from Vilnius and Air Pollution & Climate Secretariat (AirClim) from Gothenburg, Sweden.

The conference will be opened with the keynote presentation about “Our common future in the era of changing values and the climate crisis” presented by Marek Bukowski, PhD (Medical University of Gdańsk) and Wioleta Dryl, PhD (University of Gdańsk).

Project Partners will present their biggest achievements within the project and from the perspective of 4 countries, we will discuss about:

  • How do young people understand the meaning of the concepts of community, cooperation, as well as the need to protect the environment as a common good and pursue a sustainable development policy or the Green Deal?
  • Are there differences between different countries and generations in this respect?
